Balloons are a great way to boost engagement, challenge coordination and add some fun to training. They can also be a good tool to 'hide' movement patterns and drive the intent from the players.
In this video I break the drill down in to its individual parts, allowing you to see how you can progressively build the exercises together and make it competitive.
